Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in the Washington, D.C. office for a federal government contracts litigation associate with 4-6 years of experience. Experience with the Armed Services and Civilian Boards of Contract Appeals, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and construction litigation experience preferred as well as experience with federal ethics and compliance issues and investigations. A strong academic record, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment are required. Must be licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, and the State of Maryland. Large law firm experience preferred.
