Saiber LLC is seeking an experienced Corporate M&A attorney to join our corporate practice. The candidate must have 6-10 years of significant corporate transactional and M&A experience. Will assist domestic and international clients with a variety of corporate matters, including entity formation, joint ventures, commercial contracts and purchases and sales of businesses. Responsibilities to include drafting and negotiating agreements such as licensing agreements, supply and distribution agreements, limited liability company operating agreements, shareholders' agreements and executive employment agreements. Must have the ability to lead a M&A transaction from inception to closing, and have experience overseeing due diligence teams, and related experience in general corporate and governance matters.Admission to New Jersey and/or New York Bar required; Pennsylvania Bar is a plus.Candidates for this position must possess excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.Send resume in confidence to:Catherine R.
