We are seeking an associate to join our real estate practice in Stamford or Hartford. Candidates should have four to six years of experience in commercial real estate with a focus on leasing and conveyancing. Experience with structured finance/capital markets and general corporate matters is preferred. Strong drafting and negotiation skills are required. Candidates must be self-starters, have the desire to grow in responsibility and ultimately manage transactions, and have experience working as a member of a team on complex deals.
