We are a nationwide firm that specializes in structuring, financing and executing ESOP buyout transactions.  We are seeking an attorney who has tax, M&A, and/or ERISA experience to fill a vacancy we have in our ESOP investment banking department.  This position requires the ability to work directly with owners of successful business who desire to use an ESOP as an exit tool to exist from their ownership of the business.  It also requires the ability with work with the firm's investment bankers who bring in clients and help structure transactions.  This position requires that the attorney draft the necessary transaction documents as well as negotiate with independent fiduciaries regarding the terms of the transaction.  The successful candidate may work either from home or from an office anywhere in the country. Compensation consist of a base salary, plus commissions based upon the dollar value of the revenues billed.  Total compensation also includes equity grants and ESOP participation
