Brown Rudnick is seeking a highly qualified mid-level (3rd–5th year) associate to join the Corporate groupin its Washington, DC office. Candidates must have experience working directly with clients and managing substantial components of a broad range of corporate and transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, corporate
governance, securities and fund formations. Work includes representation of private equity investors, portfolio companies of private equity funds, hedge funds and both public and private
companies.

Qualifications

Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and
excellent written and verbal communication skills.
