Brief Description: The Orange County office of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP is seeking a highly qualified associate with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience to join our real estate practice.

Candidates should have strong transactional experience at a major law firm. Real estate experience is not required so long as strong transactional experience and willing to learn. Experience with real estate joint ventures and acquisitions and dispositions is preferred. Ideal candidates will also have experience with affordable housing transactions.

Requirements:

2-3 years solid transactional experience at a top law firm
Outstanding academic credentials
Excellent writing, research and communication skills
California Bar Membership in good standing
