We are seeking an experienced Associate for our growing Litigation Department. Qualifications • 5-8 years commercial litigation experience • Strong writing skills necessary to draft complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses, motions and briefs • Strong research and electronic discovery skills and oral communication • Experience arguing motions, taking, and defending depositions • strong academic record preferred • Licensed to practice in the State of NJ, and preferably licensed to practice in NY.
