Exceptional recent law school graduateswho have passed the bar examination may be considered for the positionand must supply their law school and college transcripts for consideration.Duties and responsibilities will include, depending on the applicant'sexperience, prosecuting felony or misdemeanor cases, from preliminaryproceedings, discovery practice, motion practice, grand jury presentations,pretrial hearings, through trial and sentencing.
