Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP is now accepting resumes for a full-time Corporate Associate position in our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will possess six plus years of experience in corporate and securities law, with experience handling cross-border transactions and the representation of foreign clients. Candidate must be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) as a working language (i.e. must be able to read and write) and possess top academic credentials (top 10% of class from a first-tier law school) and strong writing skills. Portable business and experience representing clients in mainland China and Taiwan preferred but not required. Large law firm experience strongly preferred. Must have a J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and be admitted to the Georgia Bar or committed to becoming a member of the Georgia Bar.
