Excellent writing skills a must. The candidate will assist partners with case management. Will summarize all medical records and discovery received. Assist partners in expert retention, including continued contact with experts throughout case pendency. Prepare initial and updated status reports. Ensure all discovery requests have been made and responded to. Attend depositions, court conferences, record inspections, etc. File motions when necessary.An active member of the New Jersey Bar and a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school required.
