Donovan Hatem LLP is seeking an experienced and energetic litigation attorney to join our New York office. With appropriate supervision, the attorney will directly handle all aspects of the defense of design professional malpractice, construction and other commercial litigation. The matters are challenging, complex and of substantial exposure.  The attorney will work collaboratively with colleagues, experts, clients and claims personnel. Candidates should have 3-5 years’ litigation experience, preferably within the construction industry and, in particular, with design and construction professionals, must be admitted in New York (New Jersey admission is also preferred), and have experience briefing and arguing substantive motions and with depositions.
