ERISA Staff Attorney at Kelley Drye (New York, NY)

Kelley Drye & Warren LLP seeks a Staff Attorney to join the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice in either the New York, NY or Stamford, CT office. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience focused on ERISA matters. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to: research projects relating to qualified plans, health and welfare plans (including Affordable Care Act) and nonqualified plan compliance; review and revise business associate agreements; draft qualified plan amendments; prepare determination letter filings; research securities rules applicable to employee plans (including “blue sky” exemptions); organize/track long-term or complex projects; draft and review summary plan descriptions; summarize plan terms for protected benefits analyses; due diligence review (and summary) for employee benefits portion of deals; draft client advisories; and work on church plans. Strong analytical abilities, the ability to work well independently and on a team, and top credentials required.
