The New York office of Arent Fox LLP is seeking an associate for its litigation department. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of litigation experience, primarily for complex commercial litigation and possess strong research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills. Candidates must also be highly organized, be able to work independently, with minimal supervision and possess excellent academic credentials. Former judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Membership in the NY bar, required; membership in the DC or New Jersey bar preferred.
