Patent Prosecution Associate (Electronics & Software) at Kilpatrick Townsend (Walnut Creek, CA)

Kilpatrick Townsend is seeking lateral patent prosecution attorneys with 1-5 years of experience in patent prosecution work for its Walnut Creek office; applicants must be a member of the U.S. Patent Bar and have a degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Physics or Computer Science. We will consider candidates with other engineering degrees who have significant experience with software. Applicants must be detail oriented, and have strong written and verbal skills. Patent prosecution writing samples will be requested. California bar members are strongly preferred. Prior relevant industry experience is a plus.
