Foley Hoag’s internationally recognized International Litigation and Arbitration Practice has an opening for a senior-level associate in our Washington, D.C. office.

We seek applicants with a minimum of four years of experience in international commercial arbitration and/or investor state arbitration cases. Preference will be given to candidates with a knowledge of procedures before the International Center for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and/or the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), as well as to those with strong foreign language skills (preferably Spanish).
