The Miami office of Carlton Fields Jorden Burt is seeking an entry level associate to join their Business Transactions practice group to work primarily with corporate, tax and immigration attorneys (with an international focus). Candidates must be currently enrolled in the LL.M. in Taxation program (not Estate Planning) and expected to graduate in Spring 2015. All candidates must have outstanding academic credentials. Fluency in a second language required, in order of importance: Portuguese, Mandarin, Russian, French, German or Spanish. Must have sufficient credits from an ABA accredited school to be eligible to sit for the Florida bar exam at the earliest opportunity.
