The Seattle office of Perkins Coie is seeking an associate attorney with a minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience to join the Business practice. Our Business group focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, securities, public company reporting, corporate governance and transactions, private equity, financial transactions and restructurings, and general corporate counseling for companies at all stages of development. In particular, the candidate should have experience in mergers and acquisitions, public company reporting, corporate governance and financings. Required for consideration are relevant corporate experience, strong academic credentials and references, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
