McDermott Will & Emery’s Boston office is seeking a licensed IP Patent Agent or Associate to join our growing IP Prosecution practice group.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in biochemistry, molecular biology or related field and a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience drafting and prosecuting patents in the life sciences. We are seeking individuals with strong writing, organizational and communication skills.
