The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in collections,litigation, bankruptcy and creditors' rights. Key Responsibilities: • Handling all aspects of collection, litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation • Represent clients in court proceedings • Negotiate settlements and judgments • Staying up-to-date on relevant legal developments and industry trends Qualifications: • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school • Experience in collection, litigation, bankruptcy and/or creditors' rights • Strong knowledge of federal and state collection laws • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent research skills • Ability to manage a high volume of cases
