The Finance Group of the Corporate Department is seeking a Boston or New York based mid-level (3 to 6 years of experience) attorney for a career associate position in our middle market lending practice. The successful candidate should have solid experience representing lenders in middle market financing transactions, and will demonstrate knowledge of note purchase and loan agreements, commitment letters and term sheets, security and guarantee agreements and intercreditor and subordination agreements. The role will involve drafting agreements and supervising junior attorneys and other professionals in conducting diligence, drafting documentation and closing middle market lending transactions.
