The Hedge Funds Group of the Corporate Department is seeking a Chicago based mid-level associate (3-5 years of experience) to handle matters involving representation of commodity pool operators and commodity trading advisors, as well as private investment funds, fund sponsors and investment advisers. Ideal candidates will have experience with commodities law and regulations. In addition to responsibilities relating to commodities law, this associate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing and negotiating documentation for private investment funds, fund sponsors and investment advisers, including limited partnership and limited liability company agreements, offering documents, subscription documents and trading and other compliance policies.
