Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of commercial contracts experience garnered in either an in-house or private practice setting. Experience with commercial agreements and contracts, governance issues, and/or litigation management is highly desired. This a fantastic opportunity to join a leanly staffed legal team and rise the ranks at an established company with operations around the world.
