Thompson Hine LLP seeks an associate for its Personal & Succession Planning practice in the firm’s Cincinnati or Dayton office. The Personal & Succession Planning practice serves national and international clients and works collaboratively with other practice groups throughout the firm.

The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience with an emphasis on business succession planning. Additional experience in the areas of taxation, corporate and the personal succession planning of high net worth individuals is highly desired. Candidates must possess outstanding academic credentials and work experience, a strong work ethic, and excellent drafting, client relations and negotiation skills. An LL.M. in Taxation is a plus.
