Competitive salary, bonu,s and benefits.Responsibilities:Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters.Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, briefs, and memoranda.Represent clients at depositions in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal proceedings, including trials.Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and approaches.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New Jersey or New York State Bar (or ability to waive in).1-3 years of experience in litigation or as judicial clerk.Excellent strong writing, research, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Industry:Law PracticeEmployment Type:Full-timeSalary:$80,000.00 - $125,000.00.
