Requirements:

Must be licensed to practice in Florida. Candidates should possess six to seven years of experience in litigation, with employment litigation experience and/or a clerkship in Federal District Court that includes employment cases. Must be able to handle a case from the inception through trial (first chair experience not required, but desired). Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
