Our Boston office is seeking an associate with 3-4 years of relevant experience to join its Corporate Advisory Practice Group. The candidate should have general corporate transactional experience with a focus on private equity, securities, finance and company side M&A. All applicants must have excellent writing and analytical skills and be an active member in good standing of the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
