Our Nashville office has an opportunity for an experienced associate to join the firm’s expanding practice.

Primary job duties would be defense of employment litigation and related claims in federal and state courts and administrative agencies, plus some traditional labor work including client advice, arbitrations, and administrative charges.

Requirements:

Candidates should possess three to five years of litigation experience. Experience in employment litigation and traditional labor work is extremely preferred. The position requires excellent research, analytical and writing skills, along with strong organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
