The New Jersey Schools Development Authority (“NJSDA”) is seeking to engage a number of Firms to provide legal advice, consultative services, and, when required, formal representation of the NJSDA in six legal specialty areas. An interested Firm may submit a Proposal to be considered for engagement in any or all of the legal specialty areas.
