The New Jersey Law Revision Commission, an independent legislative commission (N.J.S. 1:12A-1 et seq.), is seeking an Executive Director with the vision and commitment to enhance the capacity and impact of the LRC. Applicants should be experienced, NJ-licensed attorneys ingood standing, with a background including management/supervision. Must reside in NJ. Position requires engagement with members of the Legislature, other State entities, and members of the public, as well as the operation of the Commission’s office, which consists of staff members focused on detailed legal research and writing to support recommendations for statutory revision. This State position is full-time, and work is done on-site in the NJLRC’s Newark office. The annual salary is $122,000, and the position also provides State benefits, including health insurance and enrollment in the pension system.
