Our client, a global transportation, and logistics organization, has engaged us to identify an Associate General Counsel to be based out of their Atlanta, GA or Newport News, VA offices. Qualified candidates should have 10+ years of commercial contracts expertise garnered in either an in-house legal or private practice setting. Experience with construction matters is essential, and expertise with corporate governance, compliance, and/or litigation experience is highly desirable. This is a true generalist role as the hired attorney will be involved in all legal matters impacting their North American operations.Our client is experiencing unprecedented growth, and this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a nimble and leanly staffed legal team.
