Holland & Hart's corporate group is seeking a 2-4 year associate to join its team in Salt Lake City, Utah to work in the firm's expanding emerging growth practice.

Requirements:

Successful candidates will have worked at a top tier law firm with emerging growth companies, venture capital funds and private equity funds in financing, acquisitions and day-to-day governance matters. They will also have a strong interest in pursuing a similar practice in the mountain west region.
