Vedder Price's Chicago office seeks an associate with 1-4 years bank regulatory and general corporate matters experience for its Financial Institutions Group. Preferred candidates will have experience advising bank clients on regulatory matters and/or experience with mergers and acquisitions involving financial institutions. Candidates should have strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds are preferred.
