The European Commission (EC) has adopted a Delegated Regulation supplementing the Capital Requirements Directive IV (CRD IV), containing regulatory technical standards (RTS) specifying the general conditions for the functioning of supervisory colleges, and repealing Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/98.
