The West Palm Beach office of Shutts & Bowen is seeking an associate to join its busy Real Estate Practice Group. The ideal candidate must be conscientious, detail oriented and have exceptional analytical and writing skills. Listening to and understanding the client's business objectives then achieving those objectives within appropriate transaction documents is a requirement. Immediate exposure to public companies, blue-chip developers, national banks and other sophisticated business clients in complex transactions.
Top academic credentials and two to five years of comparable law firm and transactions experience, including real estate purchases and leases, construction contracting and financing.
