Moore & Van Allen PLLC has an immediate need in its Charlotte office for two Intellectual Property associates with one to three years of experience primarily in patent prosecution and technology transactional matters. Qualified individuals will have an undergraduate degree in Engineering (preferably, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering). Excellent academic performance and strong interpersonal skills required. Patent Bar membership is preferred but proper academic degree to sit for patent bar is required.
