Dentons' Short Hills, New Jersey office is seeking a senior transactional associate with 7-10 years of legal experience and a focus on securities, M&A and venture capital transactions. The ideal candidate would have sector experience in technology, life sciences and/or medical devices. Substantial IPO or other public offering experience is a plus. Excellent academic credentials and the ability to work in a team-oriented collegial environment are required. JD is required.
