The Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP seeks a Real Estate Associate with 3-4 years of general real estate experience in one or more of the following: (i) drafting and negotiation of documents in connection with the purchase, sale and financing of commercial and residential property (ii) negotiating and drafting office, industrial and/or retail space leases whether for landlords or tenants, and (iii) title, survey and due diligence issues. Exposure to management and brokerage agreements and related commercial real estate documentation is a plus. Candidates should be interested in a broad exposure to commercial real estate matters. Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required. EOE M/F/D/V.
