Blank Rome LLP's Los Angeles office has an opening for a junior/mid-level Tax Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience.

Candidates must have deep experience in corporate tax. In-depth familiarity with mergers & acquisitions, especially those transactions with public company acquirers, is essential. Experience in real estate transactions, while not required, is a plus. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players with outstanding academic and professional credentials. First-rate writing and drafting ability is required. This position is open to recruiting agency submissions.
