Blank Rome LLP’s New York office has an opening for a junior/mid-level Business Tax Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience. Candidates must have experience in general, broad-based business tax, including general Corporate Taxation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Partnership work, with international experience a plus. An LLM in Tax is required.
