The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of general corporate and securities experience. Strong academic record, excellent writing skills and contract drafting experience required. Experience advising public and private companies on entity formation, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions preferred. Must be licensed in the State of Colorado. Large law firm experience preferred.
