Katten is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Commercial Finance department in the Chicago office. Excellent academic credentials, work references and an Illinois bar license are required.

Candidates would ideally have experience in acquisition debt financing and lender and borrower-side representation in leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and refinancings.
