Description
We are looking for an entry-level associate to add to our Corporate and Securities practice group. We offer challenging work, an entrepreneurial and collegial environment, and a unique opportunity to work with growing practice groups within the Corporate & Securities section.
Responsibilities
Support a diverse corporate practice, reporting primarily to senior attorneys in San Diego and San Francisco. Opportunity to work with public and private companies and venture capital and private equity investors in industries such as clean tech, life sciences and retail and consumer products.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in corporate and securities matters and mergers and acquisitions. The candidate should have excellent communication and writing skills and a strong academic background including a JD from a top-tier law school. Admission to the California State Bar is required.
