Our Employment Group in New York is looking to hire an experienced associate with both traditional Labor Relations and Employment Litigation experience.

Specifically, we are looking for an associate with 4-6 years’ experience (J.D. class of 2009 to 2011) in (i) litigating employment cases, including single plaintiff and wage/hour class and collective actions, as well as providing advice and counsel on employment issues; and (ii) labor relations matters, including labor arbitrations, litigation before the National Labor Relations Board, and providing advice on administering and negotiating collective bargaining agreements.
