The Cincinnati office of BakerHostetler has an immediate opportunity for an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of law firm or corporate experience in the areas of litigation, compliance, privacy and data security to join our nationwide Chambers USA ranked Privacy and Data Protection team. The ideal candidate will have privacy and data security experience or litigation/compliance experience and an interest in becoming part of a team that helps companies respond to data security incidents, defends privacy-related lawsuits and class actions, and works proactively with companies to meet their strategic business goals in this area in a compliant manner.
