Orrick is looking for a mid-level associate with four to six years experience in complex commercial litigation to join our Washington, DC office.

The ideal candidate will have experience with complex business litigation representing Fortune 100 and 500 companies in a variety of matters. Experience litigating in federal district court, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, conducting fact and expert discovery, preparing for trial, and managing appeals is preferred.
