Orrick’s Structured Finance group seeks an associate to join the New York Office. The group has long been a leader in the securitization market, representing a host of players across numerous asset classes and a wide variety of sophisticated transaction types (including, but not limited to, RMBS and CMBS offerings, CLOs, credit card securitizations, auto loan and auto lease receivables, and esoterics). We advise investment banks, including Bank of America, Barclays, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo. We also work with specialty financial services companies and REITs, including Ocwen, PennyMac, Redwood Trust and Two Harbors. Candidates must be highly motivated, and possess excellent academic credentials and superior communication skills. Membership to the New York State Bar is required.
