The Washington, DC office of Venable LLP is looking to hire a junior to mid-level corporate associate. Qualified candidates will have a minimum two years of law firm experience, excellent academic credentials, and effective oral and written communication skills. The candidate is expected to have middle market transactional experience representing corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships in the areas of M&A, equity and debt financing, and general business matters. Must be a member of, or eligible to waive into, the DC bar.
