Venable LLP's New York office is looking for a mid- to senior-level associate for its growing corporate group in New York. Qualified candidates will have 4 – 6 years of corporate experience in a major law firm, with a strong transactional, M&A and general commercial background. Experience with or interest in asset management, venture capital and/or cross border transactions is a plus. The candidate will have excellent drafting skills, be creative, entrepreneurial and intellectually curious.
