Venable LLP’s Los Angeles office is looking to hire an associate with 3 – 4 years of experience. Applicants should have experience drafting estate planning documents and an understanding of estate and gift tax law, including estate freezes and charitable planning, and estate administration. A background in finance or business a very strong plus. Prefer someone who is currently enrolled in or who has already completed a related LL.M. program. Excellent academic credentials and effective communication skills required.
