The Washington, DC office of Venable LLP is looking to hire an Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions associate to join its CHAMBERS and LEGAL 500 ranked Intellectual Property & Technology Transactions practice group. Large law firm or intellectual property (or entertainment law) boutique experience on intellectual property transaction, e-commerce, IT, software, outsourcing, new media, and advertising matters preferred. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of two to four years of experience, excellent academic credentials, and strong communication skills.
